Boughta B&W 5th wheel hitch from them today. They set the example on how to do business. Took time to explain things. You get what you pay for, dont buy things from Etrailer etc.

No~not happy with the knowledge or process quote. Took my vet box out of the back of my truck of them to then tell me they couldn’t wire the vehicle. Then charged me the same quote for wiring it and placing the hitch when all they did was place the hitch.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the price and service I received! I called multiple places before choosing Schuling in Ames. By far received the best price and help via the call. In person, Andy, the owner, Took care of installing my hitch in no time flat! Had a great visit with him as well. Fantastic value! I have referred him to other others already.

They installed a gooseneck hitch, airbag suspension and adjustable compressor on my F250 just recently. I forget his name but their office guy was very informative and nice. He walked me through where everything had been installed, how to operate the new equipment and answered all questions. He even filled out "their part" of the rebates I got from the equipment. I'm sure I'll be going back when it comes time to wire my truck for a snow plow, come next winter season. I'd definitely recommend this place
